Thank you so much, Jan! Your two videos helped me a lot to alleviate the pain and excessive tension of the muscles in my upper arm. You are an angel! :D

Thanks, that was brilliant. I finally had a ball at hand to use, and it is so much easier and more effective to massage my upper arms in this way than it has been using my hands. Both arms have been strained and so my wrists and hands weren't up to the job. The ball's a work of genius! :)

Very useful massage techniques. That glass wall was impressive. It appears that I have a rotator cuff tear (not able to move the arm back and backward). Which one of your massage would you recommend? For smaller dia ball, can I use a golf ball?

I’ve been dealing with elbow pain because of tight muscles for years and within the last year got a slight grip on the situation until now. It has stayed chronically causing elbow pain when I straighten my arm on and off. My tender spots is the supinator right next to the brachioradialis closer to my elbow, my bicep on the inside/medial, and now my bicep closer to the elbow. My brachioradialis next to my elbow sometimes get inflamed after heavy massaging. Sometimes even my triceps seem to be part of the factor. I just don’t get it. I have a massage gun now and now thinking about going back to the rolling ball method. MPS makes life miserable sometimes. Any help or suggestion? I want to seek someone locally who could help if I can’t get a handle on this. It’s not horrible pain like it has been before, but it’s still very aggravating
