I really like your setup! Very cool videos man. Looking forward to more. I’m a detailer that leans toward the elite side doing restorations so I’m painting a lot. I’ve already learned some things in a couple of videos. Good show!!

@kellyblack4897 Thanks, that's sounds awesome, detailing elite restorations. I'm hoping to start showing more prep, masking and polish soon.

Brilliant spray job on the umm arm cast thingy with the holes in it🤦♂sorry Paul I don't remember what it was called but it looked really interesting project to paint with all those holes and edges there was loads of opportunities for the clear to run but you did a mint job making it look amazing👌 As you said the crash helmet didn't look 3D printed it's amazing how much the 3D printing has improved over time but I bet it costs a small fortune to set up a printing farm like you had, do you think there's a chance of going back there Paul🤔 I love my X5500 1.3CC gun, it sprays differently to the 1.2i setup as you have to change your painting style but it lays the clear really flat and glassy👌👍

@JohnWD40TC02 thanks, I'd love to go back there, and I love the sata 1.3 cc it's a shame they didn't let me take it with me lol.

Brilliant video paul thanks for sharing that very well explained Paul whats happened to the Chinese phorpis 717 1.3 would you say its good as the sagola extreme aqua mini spray gun 🔫 and devibliss dv1 smart repair gun 🔫 😀
@paulphillipspaintwork3 ай бұрын
It's not comparable to either of those guns as they are "mini" guns and the Porphis 717 is a full size gun. Porphis now sell a mini gun now. This is an old video I never published so I didn't own them at this time. Still my go to clear coat gun.

Hope you don’t mind me asking why don’t you work there anymore? Would be good too see more content of painting this stuff!
@paulphillipspaintwork3 ай бұрын
@AbcAbc-lg5zi something happened within the company and as a result they asked if I could work 3 days a week and I just couldn't afford to so we had to part ways but it was an awesome place to work.

How about a review of the sata cc gun.
@paulphillipspaintwork3 ай бұрын
@maxmeyer74 I don't actually own 1 this was a gun purchased by my old work place and I did do a few videos with it but nothing like a review. I will ask Sata if they will lend me one to do a proper review with. Great gun I wish I did own one.

@@paulphillipspaintworkif you own a regular x 5500 rp, you could buy the CC nozzle kit. It's the same but sadly not red, I don't care too much
