Been so busy with work and art I had to find time to get some retro consoles ready for the Long Island Retro Video Gaming Expo this year. I figured why not paint a bunch of stuff at one time. SMH. I always wait last minute. This is literally a mashup of consoles from the Original Nintendo NES to the original Sega Genesis. You will find all of your favorite retro games custom painted on my page. Make sure to like and share.

Which spraypaint do you use? Rustoleum? Do you use one specific for plastic or just ones that says "Also works on plastic" good ? Also for clear coat do you use just a standard glossy clearcoat or do you use Automotive clearcoat?

Hey; what kind of markers you using? Looking to do custom Paintjobs on a PS2 and I can source the rest but I have no clue on how I'm going to do any finer detail; I was thinking of acrylic markers but the kind of markers you're using seem perfect and it seems like you'd know from experience.

Me too!!! And i bet with the way they were done the buttons are now sticky and the paint is all inside the systems on things it shouldnt be... Disappointing... Truely sad if they were functioning systems.. They look cool... But are now damaged. And those were sought after colors before they were spray painted..

I'm a little late to the conversation but they might have just been the shells with the innards removed before painting then re assembled, he also used a finish of sorts so it would probably just be glossy

Love them all! you are excellent at your craft sir. are the posca paint pens permanent, do you use any spray to hold the paint? What kind of spray paint do you use In the airbrush? looks very vibrant and proffesional. I am thinking of doing this to an old nes I own, you've inspired me, would love for you to give me any advice and info about what paints you recommend, brands, etc?? please reply. Thank you

Im guessing is not a big deal, but for example in the SEGA and NES, doesn't the spray paint go through the vents in the back, bottom or top? Im not sure if there are any relevant components in that area that might get damaged by the paint? Thanks!

Most likely he removes the interior components first. Also you would need to spray the inside of the nes door for a expert look. Otherwise it would look odd. Taking apart a console is easy and not to time consuming but necessary to paint and or clean the system.
