PALEO BANANA BREAD
Banana Bread is an all time favourite. Oozing sweet banana flavour with a moist texture, honey scents, and simple to make, this will surely be a regular on your baking list! Cooked to a golden brown texture with your choice of additions such as raspberries, blueberries, cinnamon, dark chocolate chips, the whole family is going to love this new school banana bread recipe.

Having struggled with chronic fatigue, chronic inflammation through his 20 year triathlete career, Pete succumbed to his ailments in 2018, taking a year away from the professional ranks. Returning to the podium in 2019 Pete has made it his mission to study, research and adapt to ultimate health, to share his learnings and continue to mentor the LY.F community at large.
