The tradewinds is an amazing house. It is so big you could get lost in there. Great triple wide. Too much house for me but it is the perfect house for someone with a large family.

I agree with you this house is perfect. I too like the way the bedrooms are arranged. Couple kids on one side with a playroom and bathroom, an older kid on the one end with their own bathroom, parents on the the other end with an awesome master bath and retreat. So much privacy. I love it!

Beautiful home. Once inside you wouldnt even know that this was a manufactured home. I dont think that I have enough stuff to fill all of the cabinets in that super sized kitchen. Especially when they also give you a huge walk in pantry. I really enjoyed this tour and I love love love this triple wide!

All I can say is wow! You need a map for this triple wide. This is now my favorite house that you have toured. It is beautiful!!! I agree with Jane that Palm harbor homes does the best job not only staging but choosing the colors for the walls, floors, cabinets and countertops. They go together perfectly. They should design and stage houses for HGTV. Thanks for another fabulous video tour of another beautiful manufactured home.

Wow! I love this triple wide! Palm Harbor Homes really knows how to design and stage these modular homes. It is a lot of house but would be great for a large family. The layout is absolutely perfect. I would love to buy the tradewinds model but it is out of my budget.

I am going to buy the palm harbor/ chariot eagle tiny loft home that modular home hunters did a tour of. You could fit 5 of them inside this massive triple wide. This is a beautiful home I hope you find property and buy it.

It's a very nice home and a very nice presentation. It would be nice if you gave the actual dimensions of the rooms and/or a schematic. The only thing this home lacked was enough drawers in the kitchen. I only saw 6 and I like more, so I csn put more junk in them. lol Other than that it's a really nice layout.
