Me!!! I hate exercise so much and usually can't wait for it to be over but at the oven of this i was kinda disappointed it was over 😂 i even rolled my ankle during hey mama and still carried on cause I was having fun 😂😂😂

We've basically done the following in 15 mins:- 84 full squats 16 half squats 72sec squat hold 110 sec high knees 😱😳🤯 Thank you Pamela for making it look so easy!

I'm always doing 4 workouts from her. Starting with two cardios, then HIIT and Abs. She's gorgeous. But you're too. Keep on doing this every day and you will also do it all at once! :)

@@Hearts4_Amyy Take care of your diet. But don't forbid you anything. If you feel like to eat sweets, eat something, but you must not exaggerate it. At the beginning it is difficult to motivate yourself, and I also tell you in the end you do less sport than at the beginning. It is important to adhere to a routine. I recommend that you do sports 2-3 times a week.

I want to thank you so much for making these videos. I'm suffering from a bad depressions and making myself to workout is almost impossible task. Then I feel fat and out of shape and I keep going in these circles. But your videos are fun and I catch myself actually smiling with you. You gave me something so important and beautiful. So shoutout to everyone who's suffering from some mental illness, you are not alone a we can do this! :)

I really can't thank you enough for this exercise! It's been a while since I did any exercise so this morning I just searched for a random dancing exercise video cause I thought it would be fun to dance. woah!! i had so much fun doing this!!!!! definitely made working more fun. and i’m 5’3” abs 148 pounds. according to my watch i burned 102 active calories, and 123 total calories! average heart rate 163 bpm. this was so fun definitely doing this more!!!

*Workout* *progress* (I'm 15 y.o): I did her workouts for a month (2 rest days a week) and I lost 4 kg , my height increased a lil bit (by stretching), my stamina increased and I'm able to do a lot of excercises that I wasn't able to do in the beginning (jake knife). Also I feel like my body is also a lil toned (arms, abs)💪🏻 So DONOT give up. Keep on working!!

I’m really happy about your progress! But I must say that the reason your height increased is because you are still 15 years old so it’s just your natural growth! You can expect that your height to increase until you reach 16 :)

@@dipsikhade8209 honestly no. My height stopped growing at the age of 14. I was 5'1 and my height was not growing. It started to grow when I started stretching and working out. Now I'm 5'2 and hopefully it will grow a lil bit more. And I searched it that a girl's height stops growing 2 yrs after she starts mestruation.

Though this workout is simple and fun, it is still challenging for me. I am a disabled veteran and I started out doing this workout with modifications due to my injuries. I am still working it. Some of it I may not be able to do, and it’s ok. I do what I can and keep it moving. I have fun working out with Pamela. I appreciate you. @@dharinimurugiah1995 hi! I've been doing dancing workouts for not even a week, and my arms and legs are more toned and i'm not as breathless doing them. But depends on the results you want. These videos won't do much, just get you in shape. For me they're great for a start, because i don't do sport at all. Once i am consistent and i feel like my body can take more, i'll add more "serious" exercises. If you want to lose weight, you need to be in calorie deficit, means you need to have a smaller calorie intake than what you consume, so just these videos alone can work, but it depends on what you eat

To answer your question I do this dance workout before I do my other workout routines such as abs or legs workout depending on what day it is. And yes it did help but I think it would be better if you're going to make a plan on what workout you're gonna do to really see the results and NOT just sticking to this dance workout because I think it wouldn't make that much change.

I lost my Dad 10 years ago and let me tell you..the emotions are usually like a roller-coaster. Some days you are fine then there are some days when you feel like there is no point to life coz you miss your loved one so much. Today was one of those bad days, I usually binge on something unhealthy and laze around the house the whole day but today i psyched myself up and decided to start working out again. This has helped me, my spirits feel much better. Will discipline myself to workout to this every night. Thanks👍

I love this workout! I’ve been doing this workout plus some of her others ones along with some strength training and I’ve lost 45 pounds now! I have zero rhythm so I thought it was silly of me to try and do dance workouts but it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!

i don't want to sound dramatic but all of these songs were very popular when i was going through one of the lowest times in my life and doing these exercises now just made me realize how far i've gone since that time. if you're having a bad time right now; remember: you are strong and you shouldn't give up because there are so many beautiful things waiting for you and this bad period is only temporary and it'll make you stronger. trust me.

I've been doing this for a week now, everyday the pain became a lot bearable. Just don't skip even a day. Do this diligently. Now I can do this without any difficulty 😎😂
