It is honestly a level that is somewhere between a medium HIIT and an intense HIIT. Just hits the right spot. And the music is somehow amazing. "You gotta move on" is one of the tracks. Can you please please make another routine which would be a dance workout but quite high intensity? Thank you so much for the amazing workouts. Love from India♥️

My favourite video so far!! I'm trying to lose weight, and that vid is always a part of my workout routine (also i add some more vids of Pamela). It was super complicated in the beginning, but i made it look like a challenge. I've been working out for like a month before, but i didn't see such results. So in 1 week i lost 2 kgs (4.41 pounds) (i eat only healthy food and follow the calorie deficit rule). I know it's not that much, but I'm happy!!!

For anyone trying to track calories, my fitbit said i burnt 120 calories from that. I am 5'6, 116 pounds and fairly muscular. I am female, and was doing all the motions full out. Do with that what you will.

I suffer from flat feet and let me tell you, that HURT but I managed to do the whole thing. It's intense but not a killer, and the most valid thing is that the music is veeery enjoyable even though its not a typical dance workout. Absolutely love this one!😝
