This year's #threeriverschallenge was both fun and challenging. We didn't quite make it the full 2 months but we learned a lot about our food storage and what we can improve on for the future.

Great job, both of you! But when Austin said to place the chicken face side down…I started laughing. I think you meant skin side down. LOL. I love beef vindaloo, hard to substitute items to that recipe, so good job. Thanks for finishing out pantry challenge with two great dishes.

Loved the quesadlllas, and the plate-to-flip was a great hack, but gotta say, dudes always forget to cut things into manageable portions, like here's your wheel, lol. I've never tried making chicken vindaloo but it looks amazing, thanks for the inspo!
