INGREDIENTS:
(HINDI)
बेसन - ३/४ कप​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ + १.५ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १/२ + २ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच​​​
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १/४ + १ छोटा चम्मच​
देशी घी - २ + २ चम्मच​
दही - १ कप​
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च​
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​

Gramflour - ¾ cup
Red Chilli powder - ½ + 1.5 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - ½ + 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ + 1 tsp
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ + ¼ tsp
Salt - ¼ + 1 tsp
Desi Ghee - 2 + 2 table spoon
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Onion (medium size) - 1, finely chopped
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
