Literally just sent this song to my sister and said "can you imagine Chester singing this"? Not to take anything away from Jacoby but we all know Chester would've probably covered it and absolutely destroyed it lyrically!!! 🥹

Jacoby's voice is absolute perfection. He keeps getting better and better! This whole song, every word, the music, the message, just brilliant! Please don't ever stop making music! Exactly! Point on! Jacoby is like a fine wine! I love Matt and that whole band! I can remember in the 90s drinking Red Bulls, they open for incubus in 1996 for their first science album! I love seeing Papa Roach open or headline shows at the cattle club in Sacramento! I can remember a time downtown hanging out with Papa Roach, bone back, cleanse,Such good people! Those Vacaville BOYS Helped me grow up Boys are good

Dry bones rattle in a lonely soul Slipped and fell into a deep black hole I can tell you're lost, I'm here for you Wild fires burning you down to stone Blind eyes, turning from a world so cold A million miles apart, within my reach It's not like me, to worry But when I see you fading in the dark I'll leave a light on for you Through the long nights, I will be right There for you if you drift too far I'll leave a light on for you You You The rain comes following an endless drought To wash away the remnants of all your doubts I hope that you see me looking out It's not like me, to worry But when I see you fading in the dark I'll leave a light on for you Through the long nights, I will be right There for you if you drift too far I'll leave a light on for you Through the long nights, I will be right There for you if you drift too far I'll leave a light on for you You You
