I made it this morning, for the first time. Even though milk has sugar in it and Flour turns to sugar in the body. I did use sugar substitute. Checked my Blood sugars and now I wait to see if this spikes my sugar levels. But this was Soo Good.

Primero,bellísima música que me trasladó a los años cincuenta y segundo mi abuela nos hacía ese desayuno los fines de semana y le llamaba poleada.lo gracioso es que yo pensé que era una sopa de papas(potato) y que era salada y resultó un desayuno azucarado.
