I live in tow law and it is pronounced more like taw law and are known as the lawyers. The ground has the second highest altitude in england. Also a few years ago, south shields FC scored a great goal and it won Budweiser goal of the month. (Children also get a free portion of chips)

playing with Attribute masking is so much better imo, adds more challenge and depth to the game, especially your transfers.

Ichie Kasa so Jack usually plays without attribute masking, which means he can always see every players attributes (the numbers on their profile which says how good they are at things). But this save he’s actually playing with attribute masking which means you only have estimates of their attributes from scouting reports or players at your club depending on how good your player knowledge is. So its more challenging as it means you don’t have exact God like knowledge of every player in the game, but rather you actually need to use scouts and your manager attributes mean something

Think you may have missed a hidden gem here! I'm just about to start my lower league journey with Maine Road FC! Why? They were formed by Manchester City fans, play just 5 miles from The Etihad Stadium and just 3 miles from Old Trafford, their badge shares many similarities with City's old and current crests and imagine the poaching you could do of Manchester's released talents!

I started my climb with Lewes :D But after promotion we got a bit stuck so i left willingly because i wasn't good enough to avoid relegation zone. Then i stumbled across Basingstoke. What a gem i found. 4000 average attendance and over a million in the bank, in tier 9 !! Low tier is really funny, best of luck Jack. Can't wait to dig into this series

I go to see Whitchurch United regularly and my dad is the club secretary. They’d kill for £900 a week wage budget!! In tier 10 that would virtually guarantee promotion. None of those players are at the club to my knowledge though.

Good see you at Tow Law, 90% sure i was there with Bishop Auckland in pre season. Also a lot of clubs in Northern league have links with Hartlepool, Darlington and Spennymoor where a lot the players play youth football, Hartlepool being the biggest producer of players in the Northern League

Gutted for Falmouth. Went to University there, and it always sucks that a big team has never really formulated in Cornwall. Beautiful area too. Full of art students and miserable locals, but it's kinda informally referred to as Falifornia by a lot of the students because of all the palm trees and beaches.

Jack, I personally prefer to watch your series with masking off to see how players improve and how you train players with the right attributes to play in different positions and what quality of youth you can find and develop into first teamers. Just my own personal view, after reading the comments my opinion is not the general consensus.

Sad you didn't go for Worcester City, not exactly fallen giants but very recently going quite well in the vanarama leagues until financial issues and local council fuckery meant they willingly dropped down a couple of divisions and are now groundsharing with Bromsgrove, 25 minutes away. imo it would have been a cool story trying to rebuild the team to potentially get back to where they were before you eventually moved on
