Day 3 done. Sale formula. No diff in weight but I get through the whole thing without issue. Added some ankle weights for leg exercises.

*THANK YOU! I'm a recent subscriber. Please add MORE walking/standing workouts as I live in a camper van, not a traditional dwelling, and workout outside, so don't really like getting on the ground. (I have a mat I use outside, but it gets really dirty).*

Goal accomplished! Looking forward to the next video. I just glanced on part 2 and it'll kill my leg muscles for sure! But I can't quit because I involved a friend and we set days to work out together. What a great idea I had! :D No more excuses... Glad those 200 Squats from yesterday were exhausting while doing but didn't left my legs and booty sore! :)

We are still in a stay-at-home order in Chicago (and the state of Illinois) since March 9 and until April 30th. I was getting bored at home, so is not to late to get up and start moving. I did the 5 min body weight video prior to this video and bad decision because my legs feel like jello and are shaking lol ☺☺☺☺

Hi guys, just started again🥺 with this exercise but as I have suddenly got painful knees, could you recommend knee sleeves as the side ways exercise is very uncomfortable. But just need to say thanks for your hard work in showing us portly women how to get fit with this type of workout.
