I love the way you treat animals and you're a godsend for sharing it!! The accepted norm for too many ppl is to treat reptiles like a pet rock!!!!! That just breaks my heart because reptiles have so much more going on beneath the skin than ppl think. If any animal looses it's spark thats, more often than not, a nurture issue not a nature issue!!

Another reason Kevin can do this with these animals is his absolute belief in what he knows about reptiles. If you feel insecure or are the least bit jumpy around monitors don't try this. I'm not saying don't interact with your animal just stay within your boundaries as well as the animal's. Some people are born with a real connection to animals and Kevin is one of them, not discounting his years of experience. This is awesome to watch.

Niles arent really aggressive at all. They are pretty intimidating when they are defensive though.

Hey do you guys think that Water Monitors are venomous? Or could show it? I have tried to test my tegu and as far they let me I did not see any indication of them. Have you guys ever had a komodo esq bite too.

Super late reply but when he said grab he meant claw grab from above like you would picking something up. Instead you want to kind of scoop it/ wait for it to walk onto your hand
