@@tamishahenderson I'm also HIV+ I was infected in November 2020. A guy seated behind on a bus poked my back, and I hate myself for not going to hospital. I also let that guy get away with doing this to me. My situation is different in that after 27 months I still tesr negative, but have had all HIV symptoms an been really sick. Symptoms are sore throat, oral ulcers, thrush, white tongue, headache, night sweats, chills, diarrhea, dizziness, numbness, severe back pain, dry cough, fatigue, chest pain, shortness of breath, mind confusion, bumpy skin,

I do not understand how you could continue the relationship with someone that has given you such an awful disease. He did not even deserved to be at the hospital when you were having your daughter and what he did is illegal you could have him arrested for knowingly giving you HIV.

She was at her lowest and unfortunately people are afraid to press charges because they don’t want anyone to kno that they have it so they try to rationalize and say well no one will want me I should just stay with them, it’s really sad

I know a couple people who stayed with the partner who knowingly infected them and it's because they feel noone else will love and accept them So they figure they mise well stay When she gets mentally stronger with her situation she'll most likely find the courage to leave the arse wipe,he definitely doesn't deserve her and should be in Jail!

I know I'm late to this but please pursue charges against him, he gave you NO option you could've protected yourself from catching it but he did not give you the choice. If he was willing to do that to you, he is definitely willing to give it to someone else. There's so many options for him to suppress his viral load yet he didn't do it and gave it to you. He is dangerous.
