@@IndRepair Ex-auto mechanic, some heavy equipment and dabble in small engines. Small engines are much more enjoyable now in my retirement. I really like your videos. I worked in a Sears lawn and garden repair shop while in college. Went to NADC

Did you ever do a Part 3? I wanted to see how you took apart the engine to find the missing rod and whatever other problems. Maybe it wasn't authorized because of expense although the price of a new mower is really high.

I have only seen it one other time and it was split straight in half sitting in the bottom of the pan. Coming in the near future soon as I get approval for the work!
