Isn't she amazing???? FAR better than syndicated cooking shows I've seen (and I watch quite a few of them). She's my favourite cook ever. So calm, skilled and inventive. What I would give to go to a class she taught! I'm a pretty good home cook but she's making me much better than I was. What an exceptional teacher she is.

Happy Passover! You sound so calm despite the broken oven. I am a big fan of my pressure cooker and also my slow cooker for roasts-they are both life savers. I did my St. Patrick’s corned beef in my stovetop pressure cooker this year, because I didn’t remember to start cooking it in the slow cooker on time in the morning. The corned beef turned out yummy.

Wow th is seems like a lot of work! I'm from America and the Lord has pressed it upon my heart to do passover with more reverence. I'm trying but it's really hard for me. You Jews have been blessed to be brought up with such reverence unto the Lord our God with how you do passover. I just bought a book called the seder to help me and my husband and my kids. Where did you get your passover dishes? The meals look incredible. Do you warm everything back up?? How long does it take you to warm things back up? How do you spend the day after that? Inconvenient time for an appliance to give up. One year my dishwasher broke on Christmas after dinner. Unfortunately COVID meant I was waitlisted for replacement. Being Dutch, there are traditional New Year's treats. So two major bouts of cooking within a week, with no dishwasher. Believe me, you have my sincere sympathies for the added work. I lived in Italy for several years when I was young & I love caponata, but it's no longer available in grocery stores, so this is interesting.

O dear I do recall a time when the wall oven was on the fritz and it took several months to get a new oven and find cabinet makers to resize the wood cabinets. Wonderful job with the video and the selections are fantastic. I’m definitely going to try these at home.

Hi Christine thank you so much for your comment!! I encourage you to try the mayonnaise recipe it is as easy as you see in the video I used sunflower oil French mustard one egg and one egg yolk I put the immersion blender I let it run until I see like you saw that cloud of mayonnaise forming and then a little by little I put up the immersion blender until everything has turn in mayo I really hope that it works please let me know I would love to congratulate you on your success sending you huge hugs and wishing you a Shabbat Shalom and a happy Passover
