Or rather, as long as you want to be perfect by getting better at what you do, its fine. If you want to be perfect by winning everything, than it is unhealthy. Actually this episode was most likely filmed before the episode that Sohla used it for the muffins. Sohla says in the video after the butter explodes, I shouldn't have used this as Claire just cleaned it, shes going to hate me. This is definitely my thought on it as the microwave was clean when Sohla put the butter in to soften it.
