It’s exactly that! I’ve been in that predicament where I’ve been struggling and getting frustrated and my dad has come in and been like “chill. Everything is okay. I’ll help you. Take a break, walk away and breath a bit.” And when I come back he’ll ask me what was going wrong, I tell him, and he somehow has an idea I hadn’t thought of that actually works and he’ll offer to do stuff for me to be more effective.
