There are microwaves that you can control the wattage, which is super awesome. (But they are usually in Japan and S Korea.)

Ummmmm, I do. I always know, because I refuse to buy microwaves with less than 1000w. Every microwave I have ever owned has been either 1000w or 1100w. Basically every recommended timing on every microwavable item ever has been calibrated for those wattages, and using a lower power microwave would result in longer cook times, while higher could result in the outside of the item cooking faster than the inside. Know your microwaves wattage, people....

I love the episode swhere everyone gets their own flavour like the Ben and Jerry's, Hot Pockets and Combos. Claire is not tearing her hair out in frustration and we get to see a whole array of delightful flavours!
