It's sad to see JB being delusional because Mahomes keeps making him eat crow every year. I'm beginning to think JB lacks credibility when breaking down film, as he doesn't seem to know what he's talking about. Think about it-why is he no longer a coach? Secondly, JB acts like he knows what he's talking about. If he does, then why has Mahomes won another two Super Bowls since that video where JB called him overrated? It's crazy that Mahomes ranks #1 in playoff stats in every category. He still holds NFL records for career playoff passer rating (105.8), career passing yards per game (296.1), and most passing touchdowns in a single postseason (11)… let that sink in. JB clearly doesn't know what he's talking about, claiming Mahomes won the Super Bowl solely because of Andy Reid. If that were true, why couldn't Alex Smith with much better roster and win a Super Bowl with Andy Reid? JB also lied when he said he didn't call Mahomes gimmicky in another video and claim that he said the offense is a gimmicky, because he did say that Mahomes' is gimmicky in this very video. What a joke. You don't know what you're talking about, JB-just be a man and admit it.

Teams with an average QB to win Superbowl since 2001. 2001 Ravens (Dilfer). 2002 Patriots (Brad was not Brady). 2003 Tampa Bay (Johnson). 2006 Pittsburgh (before Big Ben was Big Ben, Blitzburgh, Jerome Bettis, and Hinz Ward). 2012 New York Giants (Eli was average at best). 2013 Baltimore (Joe Flacco). 2014 Seattle (Russ wasn't Russ, Russ literally lost them the next Superbowl with poor ball placement on game losing pic, that team was ALL legion of boom). 2016 Denver (Peyton Manning was benched for Brock Oswieller and a functioning corpse). 2018 (Nick Foles, backup). And I know it was Brady during basically prime years... but 2019 was 13-3 and the defense won that game... 2021 Bucs (Brady was old as fuck, defense was key. Chiefs were the premier offensive team and lost) DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS

When Mahomes gets his second MVP this season, he will have done it running two different types of offenses. One where it was just bombs away, and this year’s, which is more methodical and emphasizes throwing more to RBs and tight ends. He has shown he can do it all. He has shown he is a winner. And he has shown he can compensate for the wholes on his team. Guy’s an all time great whether people like it or not. This guy has made defenses create a whole philosophy as to how to defend him 😂😂😂. This reminds me of the Bad boy pistons who had the Jordan rules.

@@CoachJB To compare Andy Reid to Phil Jackson is ridiculous. Andy Reid won 1 Super Bowl, after 20 plus years of coaching and it was after he acquired a great QB. Phil Jackson won 11 rings with two different great players; Mike and Kobe. Stop glorifying Andy Reid to diminish Mahomes. Andy Reid is the common denominator of a lot of playoffs debacles, until Mahomes came in to do magic and save his ass.

@@CoachJB When I say two different offenses, I don’t mean he is no longer running the west coast offense. I mean that since he has forced defenses to change the way they play him (a lot of times they leave two safeties over the top), and since there is less talent on the team, he has had to be more methodical, utilizing his RBs more, his tight ends other than Kelce more. He showed everybody he can kill you over the top all day long, or drive up and down the field methodically all day long. Both ways, he has shown he can be an MVP in this league. You can give Andy Reid all the credit if you want, but just remember that coaches can only do so much, which is why he went 20 years without winning the big game without Mahomes.

Do you want to go by accolades or statistics? Because he's got both. He's 1 of only 4 other qbs that have at least 2 sb and 2 mvps. He's got 3 superbowl appearances in 5 years and won 2 of them and hes been to the afc championship every year He's been a starter. He's got 2nd lowest all time interception rate, 2nd most thrown tds in a season, all time yards in a season. Has an average career qbr of 105.4 and has a career win rate of .800 percent. He's definitely top 10 of all time if not top 5.
