About that Zig Ziglar quote . . . that's a good one. Something I like about the public speakers of history is that they read the Bible and then found a way to present its concepts to the masses. There is a scripture that says Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

Hey Pat, perhaps you've already addressed this, but as I am researching a topic that not finding much on it. Have you covered "licensing copy written music for podcast theme songs"? I'm trying to find out how and where to properly license a song for a specific 1970's tv show to use for a weekly podcast. No luck so far. Thank you in advance for any and all help! :)

Hey ! Great work here! I have noticed something like half of your videos you have no beard and the other half you do have a beard. Do you notice if you get more views or longer duration of the view with or without the beard? I personally look at it as two brands; one brand with a beard and one brand without a beard. I think you look like two (2) separate different people..To me; it looks like your top videos are dominated by no beard, what do you think?

Hey Pat, I disappeared from social media in 2021 post-covid (my wife and I decided to detox from all social media) - I took your PUP course in 2017 and am just going back to review some things as I was recently a guest on a podcast called “Silent sales machine radio” episode 862 with Jim Cockrum (we sell on Amazon Canada for a living), anyway, I’m wondering if an online group still exists for people who bought that course?

gurus will never teach anyone how to make $100 a day because they are all full of it. You're not going to make $100k if you can't make $100 a day or even $5 a day. The landscape has completely changed and the only thing left is selling the fantasy. Even becoming a guru will be obsolete soon. Change my mind
@patflynn3 ай бұрын
Only you can change your own mind about what's possible. It's obvious you haven't gone deeper into my business and how we help people - for free on this channel, you don't need to invest anything but an open mind and time, and you can generate revenue. But it's you who have to take action, not because of what some "guru" said, but because you're open to believing it's possible. Wishing you all the best.
@Ahomesteadersdream3 ай бұрын
Sorry you’ve grown so jaded… Yes, Guru’s don’t exist - they are generally con artists, and we shouldn’t give them a second look. However, personally, I’ve been listening to Pat since around 2012/2013 - he’s not a guru. He’s the real deal. His podcast inspired me to get into online business, but it took me a while to find my niche. I hate social media, and always hated the content hamster wheel of being on Instagram etc. The episodes that always inspired me the most were the few that focused on e-commerce (a few amazon business owners on the podcast). And then, I loved following along when he developed a physical product brand that launched called Switchpod… I now sell on Amazon and make my money as a wholesale seller (I have wholesale accounts with distributors in Canada, and sell on Amazon), supporting my family from home. I have wife and 5 kids, and we homeschool. I found my niche, I don’t need to have a social media presence to run my business (that’s the best thing about being an amazon seller). Now, I’m about to launch my own brand of a product that I handmade, and that I started offline selling at farmers markets back in 2010 - I recently made a relationship with a company at an IN PERSON amazon seller conference in Orlando in May called the Proven Amazon Conference. This company provides product/supply chain development logistics on behalf of brand owners… Do you see the trend… real life relationships, real people, we serve real people, it’s not just ‘the internet’ - the internet is just the conduit that facilitates our serving of others. Due to Pat’s initial inspiration, I’ve also written a book (was about how to use Clubhouse (I was trying to get on the trend before/if it took off… Twitter pretty much knocked it out over night), and I’ve published some ghostwritten books that are selling passively on amazon as well (just made $10 today off these books…). I’m just a regular guy that hardly anyone knows - supporting my family, by using the internet creatively. It’s possible, I’m doing it - not sure what you’re seeking, but legitimate e-commerce (NOT starting private label… that is generally a path to going broke) is a great way to make money on the internet if you’ve never made a penny online before, and are not interested in the social media rat race. Check out Jim Cockrum’s podcast called “Silent Sales Machine Radio” - I recently told my story on episode 862! And as Pat says, and I know he means it, as do I - I appreciate you.

Errant statement from backwards thinking. "Change my mind" means you've already decided; it's up to you whether you explore what's possible. Or at least test your own hypothesis. Check out the video at 24:25
