No intro just gets straight into it. What a chad. I commented other day about being dad of 2 and only just finishing act 2. Just finished act 3 and started cruel difficulty now. Saw on Reddit people saying how easy it was but deffo didnt feel easy last night. Im level 46 so havent got Magnetic salvo yet to move on to your next guide. Kind of in an inbetween stage. The problem is the economy is already fugged due to magic find being bust. Can’t see how they can avoid a reset.

Yeah, a lot of people are just fishing for interest by pricing at 1 exalt, seeing how many people whisper within a few minutes, and then repricing and doing the same thing a minute later at 5x the previous price. 1 ex turns to 5. 5 to 10. Half the time it just turns to a divine lol.

I legit sell for 1 exalt if i used an exalt. I sell for 3 when I use a regal and 2 exalts. I don't pay attention to the market, and I don't really care. I just want my currency back.

Tip to the Vaal orb is if you use a lesser jeweler orb to get to 3 you have a higher chance of the Vaal orb succeeding. Seems to be 33-50% success rate for 4 sockets if you use Vaal on a skill orb with 3 sockets already. The non-success brings it down to 2.

You can use lower lever skill orbs currupted to 4 sockets and the upgraded to the highest skill lvl orb you got. Meaning on the video he "ran out of skill orbs " he could have tried with lower lvls orb then upgrade it ... i dont know why it lets you upgrade it after is corrupted but it works for now at least.

No need to unequip just go into the settings and turn of the setting that doesn't let create a skill gem while equipped

If you use the vaal orb for 4 gem sockets... keep in mind you cant alter it later meaning you cant use GCP for quality on it anymore. Might cost alot to 20% every attempt if you do need the quality

Does anyone else Cast on Shock take forever to proc? It’s like 4 energy per shock and you need 100 energy for a proc. So you need to shock ~25 times to proc it once? The only time I can get it to spam is when fighting a boss and laying orb of storms over a bunch of lightning rods. Then cast on shock is proccing very fast. But for mobbing it’s very slow build up to proc. I’m still absolutely deleting everything with Lightning Rods and Orb of Storms / Lightning arrow. But I’m curious if it’s normal for CoS to barely proc when mobbing

Yeah that's because they nerfed it. It was destroying mobs too well so they nerfed the proc rate. But it still works OK on bosses as you described

I played a few different characters (all in act 2/3 cruel now) Ive found that of you get stuck on a particular part of the camaign - mix your support gems and try new things. Any character that was stuck on the hyeba boss was resolved by changing up my support gems. My gemling leigionsire was havijg trouble with the Eternals on Act 1 cruel until i put lifetap on bone storm so it didnt use mana anymore (still used mana for totem and earthquake) - im about 5blevels away from getting rid of mana entirely.

The downpoint to using vaal orbs, is you then can not increase the quality of the gem. Also, at my current 150 rarity, I get a ton of gemcutters

@ggs9556 orbs are used to craft on white items. Look for some crafting explanation videos. It's actually fairly simple once you get used to it. The game isn't a casual game. It's much more indepth than D4.

Its better to do with added phys and cold damage on your items. The cold is much better for higher tier maps and bosses. EV/ES lightning ranger with cold damage is insane in endgame.

My biggest problem to increase my dps is that at level 77, I have yet to find a better bow then my level 56 bow. I spent 500k gambling for bows. That's more then 40 bows and not a single level 70+ bow I got was better then my level 56. Still debating if I should spend more on gambling or just keep pushing in mapping (almost done the 10 tier 6 maps). My offense is not a problem yet but 8,5k dps can only take me so far...

your bow lvl doesnt matter: its your phys mod roll that are important. ALL your currency should be saved to buy a big phys bow, that alone will carry you through t15s and above....even on a 4link

@@AndThenShwarmaAfter bow says 108-189 phys dam, that's fully upgraded and I have + 133% phys attack. a number I have never seen on any other bow. I've seen lvl 100 bows on videos with number going up to 200-500 with maybe +50% phys att. Am just hoping to find something between my lvl 56 and an eventual lvl 100. My dps with that bow now reach 9,9k after a gear upgrade and is around 11k during combat with buff. Still far from 20k+ dps

​@pierrepellerin249 that's very low dps, you could have played trade and bought a bow like that for a couple of exalts. You need both percentage and a flat phys roll, as well as a flat elemental roll usually to get a decent dps bow

Yo! I'm recommending that you tap the gas with your upgrades to ensure you don't starve yourself of mana. It's a much more exacerbated issue on the build I'm playing. The fact remains that if you increase your skills you will have a higher damage output provided you can sustain it with mana!

Spirit gem. Bottom of the gem craft there is an all gems tab. Find it in there

There's a separate type of skill gem that drops specifically for herald/passives skills. Also make sure the box in the bottom left corner after you "activate" an uncut gem is unchecked so you can view all skills

What do I do when all my drops are shit and crafting never gives me what I need with the limited amount of exalteds? The game feels tedious to say the least because I do not get any meaningful drops as Jonathan put it and my rng seems to be terrible in this game. Exalts are super rare during the campaign too so crafting isnt even a real thing. I am short of quitting this game. I am level 45 in act 3 now and I am farming a lvl 41 area in hopes of getting upgrades. The enemies are op even though they are 4 levels below me and I am not getting anything I need. Just doesn't feel enjoyable unfortunately although I would like to love the game.

your weapon is 80% of your dmg: even a lvl 21 gem will have trash dps with a shit ass weapon. you can run a lvl 1 lightning arrow with a 600pdps bow and still melt shit.

I just opened the time portal in act 3. I have seen two lesser jeweler's orbs and I have found a single spirit gem upgrade beyond level 1 ever. I also have 3 other characters half way through act 2. The loot system won't let me do more damage. I have no plans to engage in this archaic MMO 25 years ago trading system either.
