It was 40% before it because 30% and at one point it was stack able 4 times, but that was ages ago. Shock used to be broken.

Honestly he probably has very good gear on that char, also the fact that he is a juggernaut and the phys damage is still chunking him is quite surprising

He is a juggernaut with 8 endurance charges, Grace (probably with iron reflexes) so he probably is scaling armor on the tree, taste of hate and his chest piece looks like a desert brigandine base so maybe a lightning coil? I cant imagine how much physical damage that boss deals.

Boring to some maybe but if they find it boring I doubt this is the game for them, you generally focus on one skill and frequently only use that skill as the main one with some support skills like single target dps, movement skill etc.

Joseph Ben-Obasa not necessarily as other arpg's have more skills to use during combat at the same time but there's a ton of depth to theorycraft etc. and that's why the game is good, also the gameplay is very fluid like this, not flashy which would ruin it quite a bit of it. there's a lot of other skills to use, he just chose spin to win.

There are easily over 50 different active skill gems you can use in PoE, and you can link them with tons of different support gems to modify the skill in a way that benefits you, it's all about the build you choose to play, some builds will have you frantically smashing up your keyboard to keep all your buffs and flasks up, while some other builds (like this) you just have to hit flasks while holding down right click.

It's not. It's a build specialized in physical damage mitigation versus a physical damage boss. If it were a typical spellcaster build we would be seeing deaths. Also, there don't seem to be any mods on the map.
