I suppose there was a witness that tied via DNA evidence the knife to SJ & maybe fingerprints/other from the knife to rowland, that will not always be the case in every trial... dude should have focused on his job instead of boasting about his exams to NOT be a top tier Dr but merely a pathologist... like the lowest branch of the medical profession... You are wrong: His arrogance & fake humbleness while he brags & then says I don't seek recognition was exposed, to wit: There was no need for him to talk about that sketch he made without being asked- placing whether or not that weapon was the murder weapon in doubt... also I find it strange that as soon as the knife was discovered & he was informed that he did not revisit the wounds for precise measurements viz that knife- to confirm it was the murder weapon... fortunately that did not affect the outcome... introducing doubts as to the murder weapon viz a sketch from his imagination is not that witnesses job- doing his job & absolutely matching the weapon to the wounds IS...these people think they are way too smart & simply can't do the simple & obvious- they always have to be the STAR & center of everyone's attention... they do not understand that they are there to play a specific role as A WITNESS, not act like they are Quincy MD- solving the case... I think he is trying to overcompensate bcuz he know this fact! I think he wasn’t prepared for her to put up such a fight, stronger than he expected, maybe when he was trying to get her out of the car.
