QUESTION: If the defendant committed this crime, what was the motive? WATCH LIVE on #CourtTV - SC v. #NathanielRowland - court.tv/FindUs
@dkcorderoyximenez33823 жыл бұрын
Motive is not a necessity in this case....the forensics + proving the defendant's opportunity to have committed the crime, is sufficient for a conviction...

The motive was opportunity.

Robbery gone bad.. I also believe he had that leather jacket on which explains why there were no wounds on him.
@jasonlindsey99463 жыл бұрын
After carefully examination of his face and skull asymmetry, I am an expert of face analysis, and also delving into his astrological signage( April 13), I have come to the conclusion that his schizophrenic episode triggered in after a possible attempt of rape. Even though the medical examiner said there were no signs of sexual assault. I feel that it was Samantha's rejection that set him off. This is evident in the horrendous method of murder. Although his apparent motive was robbery, it was most likely the rejection. As for a valid, sane explanation, his schizophrenia is the root cause or motive. If any astrologers are keeping up, I suggest doing a cursory chart on the day and month previously mentioned. According to his chart he has always been a secretive individual with bizarre habits, habits that his family and friends are most certainly aware of. This would account for their blanket refusal of his guilt. An extremely dangerous individual that proper psychiatric help could have possibly prevented this senseless murder.

I don’t think a motive is necessary. I think he’s just evil and it was a spontaneous need. Psychopaths don’t need a motive. They get off on the killing alone.

His intent was initially a robbery. Perhaps he goes there from time to time and got away with it before. Samantha frustrated him by not being able to give him the correct pin for her card. Can happen, she was terrified. I have forgotten a pin in no where near these circumstances. He tortured Samantha with the knife. She must have given him numbers because he tried various combinations.Samantha fought the car door with the child lock on in effort to get out, not him. This could explain the abrasions on her knuckles and why none of his dna was under her nails.He was the monster with a knife actively stabbing who became increasingly angry at not getting what he wanted.I pray her family will eventually somehow find peace.Their precious one will get justice.The mask covers his mouth expression . His eyes are telling on him.

this is true actually. i know its not the same circumstance at all but one time i tried to enter canada and they detained me at the border for some reason and wanted to look through my phone and needed my phone password but my mind went BLANK i literally could not remember it for the life of me and it looked like i was being deceitful but in reality i genuinely did forget it under the pressure. i guess my point here is when ur faced with something intimidating or scary your mind can absolutely forget things even small things like a 4 digit passcode/pin number. he's beyond evil

Here’s the thing. If his intentions were pure/innocent, he would have informed her that she had gotten into the wrong car, he isn’t an UBER driver, etc. But, he did not. Instead, he locked the car doors with the child lock and sped away. There’s no honorable way to spin that.

It takes a particular kind of person to be a defense attorney. You have to lack morals and empathy for the victim, There would be no other way for human being to sleep at night knowing that you're defending a monster. And finding To allow them to get away with their hainess crimes. Especially won't like this that has to do with a child a child that he mutilated right and tortured while she was alive. He took away her childhood her innocence and her dignity. And then carried on as nothing had ever happened after discarding her as if she were trapped. He is 100% pure evil in every sense of the word. It has totally broken my heart and filled my eyes with tears hearing what this poor child endured. Meanwhile the semonster had different women that he was seeing and married. He had no reason to commit this crime. Other than he is as evil as the devil himself. There is a special place for him when he dies. I'm hopefully it'll be in the deepest part of hell. And as far as a beautiful child I know she is in the hands of the Lord. Because an angel can never die.

@michael690403 жыл бұрын
There has to come a time during the autopsy when the body is cleansed and readied for the family's personal funeral parlor personnel. Insect activity scrutiny and documentation are important because they can be a factor in determining how long the victim's body was exposed to the elements and thus part of the prosecution's case. The grief of the parents unfortunately cannot be cleansed.
