I'm thousands of miles away in Melbourne in the middle of our fourth lockdown. A few years ago I was diagnosed with PTSD and now I have to contend with Covid everything. I really appreciate Aware's videos.Thank you for this. I have watched this great talk quite a few times over the years and it always picks me up.

You are truly brilliant. The song has done more for me than medication or therapy to help with selfcritisism. Thanks for the upload aware

Absolutely great presentation. (Also add the layer of covid to that part)

This is really sad. In the US, if you have an adult family member in trouble, their doctors are not receptive to your concerns or the info you give them because of hippa and patient privilege. It falls on deaf ears.

Sad to hear that, Melissa! I cured my anxiety by quitting my job and went out on this Kindness journey. At first my anxiety turned to fear before it turned to joy from all the smiles I got from people. Would love to see you around my community but not trying to force it on you as I just like your comment! Have a wonderful day 💜
