Curious to see a professional textile designer's plugin? This is a demonstration of NedGraphics Repeat and Colorist for Adobe Illustrator. ‪@NedGraphicsTube‬ I show how the Repeat panel works, and the options for creating straight, drop and shift repeats, while making comparisons to Illustrator's Pattern Editing mode tool. Then, I demonstrate how the Colorist panel creates color chips for the design that can be randomized and recolored to create new colorways.

So interesting! Thank you for sharing this information. The plugin looks amazing. I'm a little confused about rather this is available to independent designers. There are no prices on the website. You have to contact them via a contact form, if you are interested. I've tried calling NedGraphics multiple time and always hit a brick wall.

It includes the Illustrator and the Photoshop plugins, which is just as important - if designing textile patterns is how you make your living, I can see it being worth it.
