@@minestar2247 One thing about the Avatar Cycle though is that it only passed on to the next Element. MatPat started with Game Theory, so the next Avatar would be Film Theory, then Food, then Style. Not that there is anything wrong with the new hosts but if going by the Avatar Cycle then Film Theory would be the one that gains allot of focus over the others :P

I can't remember if MatPat made a theory about the Blazes, but I have a theory of my own: Option 1. The Blazes were simply being farmed for their resources. We don't find them roaming free because the Ancient Builders drove them to near extinction like everything else. Only those captured and caged can be found. Like cattle. Option 2. You're right and they are man-made. The Breeze is a new mob similar to Blazes, and just like Blazes they can only be found from spawners.

Actually the zombified piglins aren't effects of the zombies, they're something else, piglins turn into zombies because they died of suffocation, as they can't breathe without special spores that only exists in the Nether

@@Qoobon_ Sorry to break it to you but Matpat is incredibly wrong, it's canon that there's not a "zombie virus" in Minecraft, Piglins turn into zombies because they can't breathe without spores that only exists in the Nether, this is lore that was explained in both Minecraft Dungeons and Legends (games that are canon to the Minecraft timeline)

The biggest flaw in this theory is the idea that vindicators were responsible for creating zombies. If the general events of minecraft legends are to be believed, zombies were present during the piglin invasion and helped to fight it. This means that zombies pre-date illagers and vindicators since they were a faction formed in response to the conflict. I feel it would be more appropriate to say they were trying to create a higher being, but failed because of the materials used to do so.

​@@HolyNamed Maybe zombies from Minecraft Legends and the zombies from Minecract are the same but we're brought to light through different means. Maybe the zombies from Minecraft Legends came from the fallen humans of Minecraft Legends before the Ancient Builder came to that world. All of them had fallen and transformed into zombies. Soon after the war, maybe all zombies from Minecraft Legends became extinct or eradicated by the growing civilization of Ancient Builders. Many years/decades later, after the ancient builders became trapped in The End, the Illagers tries to revive a new Ancient Builder, one with the creation of Totem of Undying and the oddly patches of blue wool. They manage to revive something that's dead, but created the undead zombie that closely looks like the Minecraft Legends zombies.

They are "Theories" SO technically my statement can't really be false unless Minecraft themselves admit the lore which they probably never will.
