How to make Rava Kesari
Ghee - 1 Cup
Cashew nuts - 25 gms
raisins - 25 gms
Semolina( Rava ) - 1 Cup
lukewarm Water - 2 Cups
Sugar - 2 Cups
Yellow food colour - 1/4 tsp
Cardamon powder - 3/4 tsp

Bt പിന്നീട് ഒരിക്കൽ 1 കപ്പ്‌ sooji ക്കു half cup നെയ്യും 1 1/2 cup sugar ഉം എടുത്തിട്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. അപ്പോഴും same ടേസ്റ്റ് തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു.. അലിഞ്ഞു പോകുന്ന ടൈപ്പ്...1 cup ghee ഇടുമ്പോൾ ഒരുപാട് oily ഫീൽ ആണ്.,.1 cup sooji, 1/2 cup ghee, 1 1/2 cup sugar is the best measurement i think...
