Sure he just has to be better than harris to make the sixers better, which he obviously is and they obviously got better. But, and this is a big but, the sixers' goal isn't to get better than they were last year, it's to win a chip. To get on the level of boston, knicks and maybe even the bucks to get out the east, "better than harris" probably won't be good enough and that's when you need okc or indiana pg. Not to mention denver, minnesota, dallas and okc in the west. That's 7 teams right there that i think are on a different level than the sixers, even after the pg acquisition.

If he puts up more than 5 points a game in the playoffs he's doing more than Tobias

Losing melton and batum may cost them a championship. They were exactly what this team needs and to beat the Celtics you need to build the best roster possible even tho this roster is very good

Melton was horrible against the Celtics in 2023 and had a cooked back last season. Batum is old but never got to play much against the Celtics so we’ll never know

they are very replaceable, mccain and gordon could take melton’s job, batum on the other hand i would say some simone fontecchio or dario saric typa player which are both free agents

@@charlielim7819 melton is one of the best poa defenders in the league and can shoot and run point, batum is a elite defender who connects the offense. They are both extremely underrated
