I can’t get the upstroke on the 4th note of the sequence. I know this is the way it is supposed to be played but it has always seemed like a long jump to go past the string and then reverse directions with the picking hand. Great lesson !

Yes that’s definitely a challenge. Try a different pick slant and maybe even starting the pattern on an upstroke. Thanks for watching!
