This was inspiring. I was thinking themed boards. Like Irish finger foods/ tex-mex/Asian/ Greek.

I am so proud of my wife having this opportunity to be able to showcase some of her skills in this video with Paula. We have been together for nearly 22 years and i had no idea what good food was before we met. She has an amazing passion and talent for anything to do with food and I am so happy she finally has a chance to show some of what she can do and get this level of exposure for some of her many culinary talents. Also she said if you knew me that i would probably eat for 3 people naw it was at least 4 people that night I had to have some of everything and seconds for some of them lol I am so proud of her and everything she has done and I hope this helps her grow her passion and her fan base so she can continue with her amazing culinary journey.

@@MelanieCramer Beautiful! I remember back in Culinary school, (20+ years ago), six weeks were allotted for just Charcuterie! This was my favorite, as you can be as creative as your imagination takes you. I still have many photos (and memories) of the many boards that the class created! 😄
@MelanieCramer3 жыл бұрын
@@stacey5925 The authentic charcuterie, with the meats, the terrines, rillettes, pates, etc - I remember many years ago, trying that and it was absolutely incredible. It is certainly not something that everyone would like but, I was a fan of this pate made with chicken-liver. There was white wine, garlic, herbs, and to this day, I dont recall how it was made but, it was simply divine and rich! I completely agree about the ability to use your imagination and enjoy doing different types of charcuterie. The ideas are endless and it really can be a lot of fun composing a board. I will definitely say, the sky is the limit!
