looks good !!!!- am a female -quite fit and strong been looking for a home workout ( where I dont have to think )thats quite taxing as I do strength training at gym 4 x a week but also enjoy the free flowing movement of kettlebells actually helped my strength

Great video dude , when i dont have time with gym. I am doing one of these bad boys. Heart rate was at 150 at certain points. which never happens when i do kettbels on KZbin and normally do the 40 / 20. You have gone to the top of my list.
