I don't know how anyone else looks at it, but I think that Chumlee's nickname is an HONOR, as those Tennessee Tuxedo cartoons were very informative and educational at a time when TV was just starting to see how to use this media for exactly that purpose...

They're BOTH telling the truth. The kid's dad got the name from that same show, Tennessee Tuxedo, with Don Adams as Tennessee and Chumlee as the large, slow-witted walrus.

Corey is actually telling the truth. I don't know why Chumlee even said that on the video. Chumlee said exactly what Corey did when they both went to see Jay Leno.

IMO, Chumlee is a big part of the show....in fact I just saw him make a deal on a Gibson Mandolin.....bought it off some guy for $1500, although his limit (per Ricks approval) is $1000....I'm yet to see the result of Ricks answer.....more to follow~

Everytime I see Chumlee, I keep thinking about the old cartoon called Tenessee Tuxedo and Chumlee always says "Duh, gee Tenessee". He seems to be a lot like that character that I keep expecting him to say "Duh, gee Corey or Rick or Old Man". I don't particularly care for the show but it's funny to see what stupid thing Chumlee is going to say or do next and what the Old Man's reaction would be.

I trust corey. Because I have a weird nickname like chumlee does and I have a story of how I got it, and my best friend at the time has his own story. And Im pretty sure my best friends story is correct. It sounds weird, but we dont choose our nicknames, our friends do, so it would only make sense if they know how they gave us our names.
