PC Gaming HP Victus playing Flight Simulator

Playing Flight simulator on the new Gaming PC. I used a wired Xbox controller to fly. I have not mastered flying yet lol, one day i will have it figured out. I still have not figured out how to talk to people on there yet. I am playing this game on my xbox account so maybe one of you can help me figure out how to talk to other players.
