I Had Pcod last 7 months , I didn't take any medicine but i worried my self, I saw randomly this video and i just followed this yoga for only 5 day's, I get my period. I going to continue this yoga for my life time this yoga helps me my back pain reliefs also . Thank u so much dear sister ❤❤😘

Hi, I am a thyroid patient from last 12 years. Usually get delayed period problems. Having them normally this year because of medicine but got sick of it and was not taking from two months, so my periods also stop. I found your video just 3 days before and done particularly pcod set with diet and proper sleep and o my GOD!! I got my period. It never happened before. Thanks a lot. I am so happy at this moment that I can’t even tell. But thanks a lot.

Thankyou so much Preeti for such wonderful yoga sequence for pcos. My pcos got retriggered and my periods delayed for 21 days. I got my periods only doing this yoga sequence for 5 days. Not only that earlier i felt my body was not that flexible and body pain was also very evident but after this sequence, my body is quite flexible and no aches and pain too. Thankyou for posting such effective routine

I had pcos last 3 years . I take medicine but didn't work i stop taking so periods also stop.then i show this yoga bela series of how to cure pcos and i did it i don't get periods since 4months i start this yoga daily and follow the tips and it's works i got my period within a week i m doing this yoga daily basis..thank you for this video Preeti mem . Dear preeti, Heartfelt thanks from my side you saved me. for the first time I did not got my period for a month I got scared and got ultrasound found I was having pcod. I did not get my period even after medication just doing this yoga in 3 days I got periods. I have read comments of some girls I did not believed but thought of following it worked. You are absolutely right . I was also suffering from PCOS which raised infertility . We got no results after using many allopathic mediciens . Then we visited ( Dr imenherbal ) company who prescribed us some medicines and with the help of those ( Dr imenherbal ) medicines , I got complete rid from PCOS in just 3 months for permanent . I have a baby of 7 months now .

I have PCOS and i didn't get my period from last 2 months. I did this yoga sequence for 3 days and after 1 day i got my period. I will try my best to follow this yoga every day. Hope i concieve and reverse PCOS 😍

​@@x7world546it was great.. I didn't get my period in apr may June 2023..i did this yoga within 1 to 2 days I ovulated on 28 June and concieved. Pregnancy test was done on 11 July and it was positive.. Now I have a 5 month baby boy sleeping beside me

Plzźzz try these yoga poses ....these are very beneficial...I m not having my periods from last two months ..I also recommended to Dr.but she gave me medicine ..but I feel very irritating to eat those pills ..so I stop my medicine myself and do these yoga poses and try to maintain some diet and habbits ...after one and half month I have my periods ...soooo plzzz don't loose hope and have faith in urself and ...Great thanku to yoga belaa....u r doing greattt job preeti ...I m bigggg fan nowwww❤❤❤❤...lots of love to u ❤

Iam a pcos patient and hadn't got my periods for 4 months but after trying on some ayurvedic medicines finally I got it. now again my periods are 14 days late and this is my second day on thia yoga session it's really helpful because it's just calming my body . Let's hope for getting my periods anyway don't give up guyss ... All the women during our mothers and grandmothers time used to do household work which involved all of these exercises automatically. If all the ladies learn to do household work you will be disease free automatically.and yes please do Surya namaskar diligently it helps

@bushratariq4519 it is actually working for me, but I also consulted a nutritionist in order to get the results. Please take care of your diet along with the yoga. I'm sure you'll get the results soon.

I'll get periods for every 8 months.i can't beleive myself I got periods after 3 days of this yoga practice.Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️. I realised even ayurveda or homeopathy aren't this effective like yoga. I suggest everyone to do yoga with belief and you can reverse your pcos/pcod without any medication through yoga

I have done all your series three to four times. Doing everyday yoga. Feeling all series now easy. Please upload one more intermediate series. More intense than transformation series. Let me tl u i always get regular periods but from 2 months it ws irregular i wnt to Dr she said pcos so i ws worried then I cam across this video 7/1/24 night I started ths yoga video twice a day for 30min . Today is 9/1/24 and i ws surprised bcz i gt my periods so I vl surely continue ths evn after periods Thanks to ths channel for such amazing content 😊❤ Guys plz do ths regular i gt result in 2 days u can get too

It is really very very effective yoga for PCOS problem. I got my periods within 3 day after doing this. Is this also helpfull to loose the weight which I gain because of PCOS??

Today i completed one month of regular yoga practice with your channel. I was diagnosed by pcos and fibroids, and had unimaginable abdominal pain till last month. With some changes in diet and regular practice of your pcos/weightloss sequences, this month i was able to practice yog even on the first day of menstrual cycle. Yogbela is our family favourite channel. All my cousins follow it. There is some magic in you that keeps one disciplined. My period is one week late so let's hope for the best Day 1 ✅ I got periods within one hour But my periods are late this month too now doing this exercise again 😭
