I made the lunch and dinner options last night. Had the tuna salad for lunch and OMG was it good! I used her homemade cilantro lime dressing and added it on top of the tuna wrap and it just brought it to another level of freshness and flavor and goodness 10/10 WOULD MOST DEF RECOMMEND! I let my coworker try it as well and she said where did you get the recipe from?! Needless to say, forwarded the video real quick! Haven’t tried the salmon/kale salad yet. Ill be having that for dinner tonight! Can’t wait!

If you put lemon juice on your cutting board it will also help with the onion and watery eyes, works so well and doesn't mess with the taste of anything

Hey! Just found your channel last night and I am hooked cysta! Already followed three exercise that you have showed this morning. Please if possible share some more savoury food ideas specially for breakfast with us. I have hard time thinking about breakfast without gluten. Only thing I reach for is egg. Which gets super boring.

Hey! I've been getting into a routine of making chicken patties (ground chicken, garlic powder, herbs de provence, salt, and pepper baked for 20-25 minutes at 400° f), popping them in the oven while I'm getting ready, and having them with some greens (like arugula or a lettuce mix) with avocado, tomato, red onion, and hemp seeds. Delicious and high protein/high fat like she says. Keeps me full for probably 5-6 hours.

Because so many protein sources in meals include meat or fish, I was wondering if it was even possible for a vegetarian to lose weight and manage their symptoms long term. There are PCOS-friendly vegetarian recipes but it's so hard to meet protein needs every day (at least for me). And so many protein sources have carbs as well. Sometimes, it just seems impossible.
