I never smoked, never drank. Incorporated high protein and healthy fats, lots of fruit and veggies. Lifted weights, I am on a healthy weight, got lots of sleep and still lost my period for over six months. I never wanted to take the pill. Now feel absolutely defeated...😢

I've been in the gym for almost 3.5 months now, I lost about 5kgs at the beginning but my weight is stuck again now since 2 months. It's really frustrating I wanna cry 😢😢

I usually have 1-2 cups per day but when my coffee gets low I only have 1 cup because I use it in the morning when I have my collagen powder. But I have always felt very relaxed and calm when drinking coffee, tea and even hot chocolate, I have never groggy, jittery etc. so am I missing something or is it possible that these beverages don't affect my PCOS symptoms like they would possibly others??

Bruh, i cut down on my snacking a lot by myself, going to the gym and eating a lot of homemade meals. Besides bad sensory issues around food, I still can't loose weight :') I hope the meds the doctor gave me a few days ago can help :')) (not birth control, birth control didn't work) I've been dealing with pcos since 10 yrs old. Almost 9 yrs at this point cuz imma turn 19 next month lol
