All amazing facts!!! Thank you, Sam! My endocrine also said that PCOS once pregnant can get worse after pregnancy because of the hormones and correlations with sugar resistance in the pancreas. There is a link to Type II in your 40s! So important to increase protein and cut back on sugar! ❤

Hi! I really enjoyed a lot about this video but did just want to point out for purposes of other people watching the video that although tofu is an estrogen (same as many other plant sources such as flax and legumes) it’s a phytoestrogen and does not affect our bodies the same as mammalian estrogen like you would find eating dairy products. So soy is actually okay or even better to eat as someone with PCOS than consuming some animal proteins such as dairy that have a much closer affect on our estrogen levels

Woot woot to getting strong! I just bought kettlebells to start strength/weight training again. This type of training is so good for blood sugar regulation and insulin sensitivity which is very supportive for women who struggle with symptoms of PCOS.

108 for the whole kit!

If it was 128$ that would be less than 5$ a serving which most of us are already spending at Starbucks or a coffee shop without batting an eye. Hearing the price all at once is more alarming than spread out

It’s 108 with my discount but yes without the discount it’s 128. But includes everything you need!

I want to add that these tips work for so many different hormonal imbalances not just PCOS! Anything that really affects those blood sugar levels like insulin resistance or hashimotos for example…weight lifting, limiting sugars and caffeine, and increasing protein can be a really great general blueprint for balancing your hormones 😊

I don’t have pcos 🙏🏽but I did notice when I started a regular and consistent workout routine my period has been regular more than it has ever been. I’m 2 1/2 years post partum and I’m still breast feeding so I’ve been telling myself maybe that’s why my period is all over the place… honestly who knows but it’s very interesting how my period is regular now! Our bodies are amazing!

I love you Sam but unfortunately some of the stuff you’re saying is just not true. I know you normally do a disclaimer saying you’re not a healthcare professional but you really shouldn’t be sharing false information. Clearest example is soy products are actually a beneficial PHYTO-oestrogen completely different from our hormone! Please don’t scare people off these beneficial foods!!

Completely agree with your points on working out and strength training! It seems like you're getting a handle on your PCOS, but if you want another perspective, I think this is a great video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jH_Fn4alm7GXnNk ...Obviously there is a WFPB bias to it, but the research and personal anecdotes in the comments seem pretty convincing.

Jesus is the only way, the truth and the life ❤. Please find the truth, throw away your crystals your just allowing demonic spirits into your home. Please seek the truth. God please reveal yourself to her in Jesus name!
@juliarose17466 ай бұрын
Why would you write such negative things about her spirituality on her video? She’s sharing helpful information and is allowed to believe and do whatever she wants without someone accusing her of having “ demonic” practices. I’m not religious nor do I use crystals but people should be allowed to share their spiritual practices without all the negative words and responses. Shame.
@britaff80286 ай бұрын
I never understood this because crystals are literally natural and from the earth which is made from God.. ? Just like we appreciate flowers and fresh flowers lift our mood and vibration or being near water/grounding our feet in the grass crystals bring that same beautiful energy to me. Crystals don’t equal dark magic what the heck lol
@tizianasacco57366 ай бұрын
The truth is revealed in the negative comment you’re leaving. No one is coming to urge you to switch what your spirit feels called to so please learn to respect someone else’s spiritual path. The only demon energy I feel here is yours. By inputting negative energy when it’s not necessary.
@tizianasacco57366 ай бұрын
@@britaff8028we give things meaning! She’s battling with her own demons so she’s choosing to pass the negative energy she’s feeling within herself. When one is truly clear with their spiritual beliefs they wouldn’t impose into someone else’s way of connecting with the divine.
