I think it's important to note that alot of us aren't following Caroline closely, meaning we are trailing behind with lighter weights and sometimes even substituting exercises for better form or at least I am 😂! I often come to the comments hoping to find others who are doing the same. I'm not on her level yet but I'm happy to follow along the day to day challenge knowing I'm doing the reps with her. Yay us! We are soooo Epic 🎉

Girlie I’m using 8 pound dumbbells and some of her videos have me dying BUT I feel like with some moves I can go up to 10 pound ones so I’m excited to buy those finally. Small steps 🎉

Isn’t this just the most fantastic week of training! Every day we have interesting, superbly planned, challenging workouts! I just loved doing pyramids today...I found the single arm shoulder presses the hardest...really killing on the second 40 sec round! I knew from the community comment that the finisher would be something special today...and it didn’t disappoint! Hope you all have a great workout and a lovely weekend! Matthew

Exactly as you described Matthew. Caroline has gone another step this week with us and the name of this definitely was the peak of the week. A very intense session. I love pyramids too but the 40 sec and 1 min were real challenging 🥵🥵 dropped to 7.5 kg for the min half way through but took up 10 after each rest. Also the 11/2 elevated squat was tiring on legs but ploughed on. Was dreading the add on as thought it would be more of the same but never so glad to lie on the mat and do abs. The format of this is fantastic. Caroline amazes me at the thought put into each session. You will feel amazing after this so enjoy all. So worth it and so are we🙂🙂have a great weekend 😊

Hi Matthew, I struggled today with the 10 kg but during that shoulder presses I actually had to drop to my 7 kg!!! So I guess I found that more challenging as well! Also did the finisher with the 7kg. Great workout, I love the pyramid format, looks like you enjoyed this as well! Have a great weekend!

Morning & happy Friday, Matthew! Happy to hear you smashed this workout! Couldn't agree more ... we had a fantastic week of training so far. This week the workouts flew by quickly and this one was no different. I found those single arm shoulder presses very challenging as well! 🥵 That finisher really did it's job! Normally I'm training alone but this week my husband showed up every morning to cheer me on ... today he also checked on my form during the finisher. I did good! 👌🏻😄 You too have a fabulous weekend! See you! 😃 P.S. I managed to stick to my 10s, except those lat raises. Very demanding! 🔥

My kids are on winter break so, I had my son counting me down for the "FINISHER"! We had many pauses in between BUT I HAD to finish, he kept saying "Come on, Mommy, you can do it!" So, I am NOW his super mom😅😛💪 Thanks CG, that was a challenging workout but it's DONE!

Renegade rows are my least favourite exercise of all time....but last week I found myself easily doing 20 reps with little thought. I think you've now gotten me to the point where this finisher is a possibility for me! I'm ready for tomorrow!!

Hi Mysrehah...they have never been my favourite either but today I found the finisher hard but OK! I actually quite enjoyed the first 25 on each side...the second 50 were hard but doable. I enjoyed using the yoga block to check my back was aligned properly. I’m sure you’ll smash it when you do it! Have fun! Matthew

I'm all done and it was surprisingly easy!! And it's 100% the gains I've gotten from this programme.. just a few short months ago 20 Renegade rows used to take it OUT of me...I would have to have a 3 min break before attempting more. For some reason my body felt so light and secure while doing them. I used to feel like a ton of bricks.

I love the "Boo" when Caroline mentioned Bulgarian lunges/legends haha. It's exactly how I feel! I was fine all through the workout---love Pyramid workouts by the way, Caroline...but those renegade rows were definitely the most challenging 100 reps yet. I had to go down in weights. "Boo effect" made me laugh at the start haha. I think I am really repetetive by my comments now, but this week has been just brilliantly amazing. At the end of every session I said this is my favourite so far... I love pyramid training, because of its mental component. Completing one side and all the time you are doing it, you know you will have to repeat it on the other side too. Shoulder press and bulgarians were the hardest for me, but actually I enjoyed the bulgarians the most. The finisher🔥🔥🔥🔥 the hardest finisher involving the upper body so far. I can still feel it! I used 2*10 kg, but during the 1min shoulder press I dropped to 8kg. It burned. Hope you will have an amazing rest day and see you for some turbo tabata on sunday:)

I always choose different weights according to the difficulty of the exercise or the weaknesses I have, but maybe I should emulate you...there must be a reason why Caroline uses a single pair of dumbbells on Fridays. Absolutely LOVE the physical and mental challenge of pyramids! Must have been concentrating really hard as I missed the boo! Also the block on the back trick! Was SO intent on FINISHING with the finisher that I didn’t even see how Caroline got it there. 😜Not that I had the grace to stop and figure it out either! BUT…I did it! Loved how fast this flew by! Those single-arm shoulder presses were KILLER! I was happy to see forward-lean bulgarians, they activate my lower back less and reaaaally burn! And I was intimidated by the renegade row finisher but was able to push through it nicely, really felt the back muscle activation! Looking forward to HIIT tomorrow!

Caroline again and again..... Fabulous pyramid structure, few exercises incorporated but we will be concentrating on our form and aim to get better after each rep. Cannot wait to complete this workout! I think the lateral partials will be the most challenging :D

Pyramid sets are tough but when I saw the exercises you chose I got so happy. There’s nothing I’ll have to modify, except maybe doing 100 alternating because I don’t like single side renegade rows. But all the others👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 lots of upper body and amazing lower body exercises💪🏻👏🏻 Can’t wait to do this!

Hi Philippa! A superb week in a superb Epic...I'm loving it! I don't know how my body will react to that particular finisher. 100 abs is no problem and on glute day...I did 150 reps with 25kg 😅. Today, the right choice of weights will be important for me. Have a nice Week-End😘

@@FlossontheMill I'm not super strong. Today I struggled with my 6kg DBs for the shoulder presses🥵. But my glutes are definitely the strongest muscles in my body 🤣. For the tabata, we'll see. My hubby sometimes suggests going for a run instead. I'd love that, should the weather allow it. Do you run? Or cycle? Or swim, maybe? Have a nice Week-End too!😘

That chair terrifies a lot of people because it means there's a Bulgarian Lunge exercise, I'm sure a lot of people don't like it.quite the opposite , it’s one of my favorite exercises that I enjoy doing.😍😍

Pyramide training! ♥️ Many thanks for this awesome workout, Caroline! I had a ton of fun! 🥳 Straight to business with one of my favourites ... clean to squat! Used my 10s throughout (except those lat partials) and I was left exhausted by the time we got to the finisher ... ohhh! That finisher! 🙈😆 The first 2x25 single side rows felt ok but the final 50 alternating rows had to be done in sets of 10! 🥵 My husband came to cheer me on and to check on my form ... he said that I was rock solid until the last rep! 👊🏻😁 The add-on was the perfect way to finish off! 👌🏻♥️

It took me quite a while before I felt comfortable with 10s for shoulder press ... step by step. Safety first! And since I injured my trapezius I'm using lighter wheights for all kind of lat raises. Happy to hear that you smashed today's finisher! Congrats! 🥳 Haha! Yeah! I heard the word BOO too! 😆🤣🤣🤣

I always do pyramid with the weight for every exercises. Start from lower weight, more rep. As you go higher and Higher weight, less rep, then back to lower weight that you began with but more rep. This really improved my strength a lots.

SO nervous for the finisher - renegade rows are one of my weakest spots in training! It also doesn't help that I did Caroline's killer chest and tricep workout recently either lol, the DOMS are real!! For anyone else who happens to be as nervous as I am - we can do this!! Caroline has taught us so well to go at our own pace and finish with both proper form and pride.. let's smash this workout!! :)

This workout felt incredible to finish, and the finisher went swimmingly (thanks to Caroline's previous workouts strengthening me)! I truly did go at my own pace, and I discovered just how rewarding pyramid sets feel to complete. Hope you and everyone have a wonderful day! :)

🤣 Loved the spoof on the chair!! Hilarious!! Had to workout a day late as my husband and I were sick yesterday. So today was a struggle with the first workout back but we did it..thats all the matters. I really enjoyed the clean to squat and the fwd lean Bulgarians. The finisher was tough but such a goodie. I've been waiting for that one to appear🤩. Thanks so much Caroline. See you tomorrow!

I did it! I balanced the yoga block for the last part with Caroline,! Didn’t think I’d be able to do it, but I did. Woohoo!! I feel great after that workout. Definitely was a challenge by the 1 minute part. But mentally was able to say to myself: it’s all downhill from here (in a good way, that is 😆)

Who else is lying in bed while previewing the workouts? This has become my new morning ritual. Once you see what’s in store for the day, you will be wide awake and either motivated to start the day or kinda afraid 😄 well, today I am motivated, but the finisher sounds a bit frightening 🙊 will check in once I‘ve finished the workout tomorrow morning!

Another incredible workout conquered during my second round of ENDGAME. I loved this session; it's so good. Even the "evil" chair was perfect; I enjoy a lot Bulgarian lunges. They're challenging, but they've helped toned my legs amazingly! Thanks, Caroline!

I'm back from my break today and I immediately dived into this full body.... I love the pyramid training as well as the circuits training so I enjoyed this one! I loved it, Caroline ! The finisher very challenging but.... we did it, guys💪😅! In my opinion, renegade row is one of the most difficult exercises ever! It's always hate love😅!!!! Tks Caroline 😘

I love this workout! I've done it many times, but it's always a challenge, and it's a lot of fun because of the pyramid version. I only do it with a weight of 2x5kg, but it still works my muscles thoroughly. Thanks a lot Caroline!
