Today has been a hard day for me because of some family problems. It took me a while to get into the workout and I just couldn´t face the finisher. I did banded glute bridges on the mat instead. But I showed up, did what I could and when Caroline smiled to the camera, I managed to smile back. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for forcing me out of my dark cloud

Just found your channel and I love it I was a personal trainer for 5 years but when I had kids I retired 😄 love your style of training and how your all about form and doing the exercises correctly and not just pumping out reps! Your so encouraging 💟💟💟💟💟💟

Best glute workout ever!!! I thought I wasn’t going to make it through the second round. A lot has been going on and I cried during the workout. I did not pause or quit! I kept going!!! The finisher I did it in sets of 20. No add-on today just a nice walk after work.

Chelsea... I've cried during workouts before also when going through some stuff in life. Nice work pushing through and accomplishing this tough workout. Sometimes "you vs you" is the best thing for me to think about. If I can push through this struggle with my own body I can push through my life struggles and come out on top. Wishing you a better day ahead. Be proud of yourself!

I have been feeling very low and fat these days .. But Caroline's workouts help .. I have been seeing definition in my upper body and quads .. Thank you Caroline .. what would I do without you .. I just feel fat in my torso area

I feel the same way sis... but i know we can get better! Carolines workouts are just what i need to feel strong and confident, and of course to feel EPIC after completing each one of these killing finishers! I hope it helps you too! You can do it xx

Thats my trouble area as well! Keep going and the results will reflect your hard work soon enough! Changing my diet helped me a lot... Caroline gives some great tips on her Q&A and program guide book!

That one leg hip thrust series was KILLER. It took everything in me to hold that last 30 seconds each time! Wowza

Oh my lawd! I dreaded doing the second round, but to my surprise, I was able to do it! All glute workouts are hard, but this had to be the hardest. Tks, Caroline!

Caroline ur creativity never ceases to amaze and totally inspire me! If I could binge on these workouts, believe me I would! Will wisely rest with a hunger and curiosity for the next “episode”! 😜 In the intermission, the delight continues. After I do the workouts myself, I adapt some of the exercises and do them in my Strength and Balance class with my Seniors! Ever so grateful! Karina

These 100 rep finishers have really pushed me to go beyond what I thought I could do. I often think I'm done at the half way point but knowing all of you are also in this with me and pushing to accomplish it as well keeps me going! Let's crush and enjoy this one everyone! 💪👊

Day 33 done! Love the circuit format, I actually didn't dread this workout! I'm really focused on my forms because I used to have lower back pains when doing glute workouts especially when doing sumo deadlifts and hip thrusts

Every repetition was Holy Hard! The bodyweight exercises were tougher than the weighted ones. Caroline, I don't know how you power thru without breaks. Single leg glutes bridges burned so intensely! I loved the structure of the workout😊

Hi Heather...wasn’t this a tough glute workout...like you I loved the structure and I really enjoyed pushing on through the reps! Those single leg glute bridges were hard...and the finisher was just great! I enjoyed the add on too...and by the end my glutes felt so well worked! During this one I was wondering « why am I doing this? » It was bloody HARD. Then came this feeling of accomplishment after finishing those 100 reps, it is SO rewarding 😍 Caroline you are contributing to my mental health A LOT 🙏🏼

Hey Matthew, absolutely what an amazing week. It's going to be more & more tough as soon as we are reaching the end. The finishers since last sunday HIIT are very challenging. And I too love training abs & this program focuses on ab work a lot & I love that. Hope you enjoy this workout & have fun. ☺

Your favourite day of the week has arrived along with the glute band and a huge hit on the glutes, this workout will certainly have them on fire 🔥 by the end of the hundredth rep on this finisher!! Matthew, I am just the same! What a week... I am buzzing with excitement. I was really looking forward to put my glute band on again and push that knees out whilst squezzing my glutes. 10/10 for this workout, one of my all time favourites. Plank glute lifts were pure fire!! What a creative way to include core work in. I love that there was a mixture between bodyweight and dumbbells. The finisher was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 my glutes were killing me. Now I am even more excited for two sessions left💪💪 See you on friday, take care:)

Hi Matthew! Glad to hear you had a great training session! I did too! 🤩 Caroline outdid herself with this one! 👌🏻 That finisher ... I had to take a few wee breaks, very deadly! What a treat to have her 20 min glutes workout with ankle weights as add-on! Great job for doing this with 3kg ankle weights! (I used my 1,5 kg ankle weights and 1x20 kg for the main session). I loved in the Facebook message that they mention plank seemed like a break during this workout and that’s exactly how I felt just contemplating the next move lol. I really loved this workout so it was second time using a barbell and I was able to control a lot better than last semester I think I can officially get my first barbell pad and invest in some school ankle weights as I feel like I can elevate my game a bit. My back was a little achy due to dorm beds and yesterday’s workout so I really focused on mind muscle connection. I’m grateful I was able to move today today

Thank you so much, Caroline! This one burned right from the start! 🔥🤩 Absolutely loved how you designed this session! ♥️ Those 1/2 reps and holds inflicted a lot of pain! I was amazed how much I felt my glutes with those glute contracts. 👌🏻 Oh my! Today's finisher was something else, very spicy! 🔥😆 Did your wonderful 20 min glutes workout with ankle weights straight afterwards and closed out with 'unwind' stretch. ♥️

Gestern habe ich es abends mal geschafft, durch die vielen Kommentare zu scrollen und habe dich gefunden! 😄 Gut zu wissen, dass du so viel Freude am Training hast - ich auch! 🤩 Das Format heute ist richtig gut, weil man immer etwas Anderes machen kann (also nicht nur hip thrusts am Stück 😆) ... die Zeit vergeht so sehr schnell und der Finisher sieht 'bösartig' aus, war aber dann doch ganz gut machbar! Hab ganz viel Spaß beim Training & genieße auch du deinen 'rest day' morgen! Happy Wednesday! 🥰

@@matthewalmond8274 it was excellent and again time flew by 👍🙂. I have to admit to cheating a little on the finisher!! 🤫. O dropped from 15.5 to 12.5kg. But I did do 150 reps!🙄. Gridlock in York at the moment!! Heading for work. Have a nice day yourself.

Fantastic workout!!! On the 2nd circuit, from the one legged hip thrust and on, my feet were shaking😄 I felt, it was so intense!!! And a good burn from the finisher. I think my glutes are gonna feel this tomorrow. Happy Wednesday to everyone.

Wasn't it fantastic Tony 😀 from the minute you started to the very end the 🔥🔥 was unreal. It was a fiery little number. Went on to do the 20 min glutes add on and this gave me the opportunity to use my ankle weights. It was brutal but felt accomplished afterwards. Hope you had fun too🥵🥵

What a burner🥵🥵🥵🥵my glutes are asking themselves answered questions right about now. Caroline I wish I had taken pictures like you had suggested at the beginning of endgame. Whoooo my legs are doing the talking and I'm loving it. On Sunday I hit my personal best of a 5k and it's all thanks to your work. I could never thank you enough.

Thank you Coach Caroline 💯🙏 Wow, I now realize after all those younger day years in college/ high school how my muscle groups are slightly different in strength & flexibility. Each event in track or for parts of my freestyle skating routines I needed & should have been working each part of my body differently. If I only knew then what I know now, with your help to actually break apart each muscle group in the body. Whew, amazing how grateful I am feeling to know this today. I may have never felt or known if I wouldn't have found YOU! YAY!!! I LOVE LEARNING SOMETHING NEW EACH DAY!!!🛼❤

It was indeed fiery🔥🔥 a lot of burn but so bloody good. A challenge to us all. Add on done too and that was brutal on top of this session and gave me reason to use my ankle weights. Jelly legs now🙂🙂

Yay!! So excited to write this! Today I was able for the first time ever do sumo squats with 15kg, hip thrusts with 10kg and complete the finisher PLUS the optional add-on. Never felt stronger in my life, thank you Caroline

Needed extra rest this week so took Wednesday and Thursday for just walking and stretching and a bit of extra sleep - we all had colds here (not Covid - thank god). Back at it today with this GREAT Glute workout. Thanks Caroline!

❤LOVED❤ this!! What an awesome Glute and Core day. One of my favorites. Every giant set was complete 🔥🔥🔥!! And I really loved how we did it in a circuit format as well. The first hip thrust giant set was my favorite one..I love that combination so much when we do it🤩. All the holds throughout were awesome!! I really liked how you incorporated the planks with the glute work as well. They were real burners as well. Those one legged hip thrusts are still a weak area for me but I continue to keep practicing and working at them..they are getting better👍🏻! That finisher was quite the feat with the weight. Didn't know how I'd manage..thought it would take me forever. But I was able to complete it with only 2 or 3 rest breaks (it really became a blur at one point😆)...surprised myself and finished just a smidge before Caroline. Then I crawled away to the reward of my mat🤣. What a feeling of accomplishment. Thanks Caroline for continuing to kick our butts!😆 Looking forward to Friday..see you then.

Hi Melinda...sounds like you’ve had such a fantastic session! I enjoyed this so much...for all the reasons that you say! The finisher was superb...I did it in 50 then 25 and 25...and the one leg hip thrusts were so intense! I finished with the add on...then my glutes had been so well worked! Hope you have a lovely day! So fun! My weights only go up to 25lbs, so I really focused on technique and body position. Felt plenty challenging to me! Thanks Caroline!

Loved this workout. I'm away home on holiday but I packed my longer resistance band for upper body/back and booty bands for lower body. This is the first video that caught my attention when I searched "resistance band lower body". Thank you for a great workout!

Loved it! Absolutely felt every rep today and I’m sure I’ll be a bit sore tomorrow. Had to take a tiny break before going into the last hold of those single leg thrusts. I liked how we were able to target glutes in three different body positions which nicely broke things up. Did the Finisher as bridges instead so was able to do all 100 without stopping. Did the add-on too. Any of the videos with ankle weights and/or glute bands get my attention. See you Friday!

33 so challenging. Damn I completed it with 30 KG which happens to be the only ones I have at hand these days. Sooo good! Everyone is doing the Christmas one, wish that I had planned for that one but I am seeing Endgame to the very last day! Thank you Caroline!

Hip thrusts have to be my single most favorite glute exercise ever. They are SO effective at getting those muscles lifted and shaped beautifully! They’re also strangely relaxing and also incredibly brutal! 😁

Loved this. I didn't do the plank exercises to keep my shoulder happy, and substituted it with swimming type pilates moves. Those 100 thrusters at the end .... whoa loves it

You have become one of my favorite YT trainers. This is exactly what I was looking for. I don’t have time to go to the gym unfortunately but would love to tone and build a little bit more muscle at home. I lost a lot of muscle on my last pregnancy since my pregnancies are high risk I can’t move so much. And let me tell you ever since I started your videos along with other you tube videos I feel stronger and am definitely building some muscle. I just discovered you have free workout schedules which makes me absolutely excited. Great workout again! The single leg hip thrusts were challenging when it came to the final hold. I used 18kg dumbbell but had to drop to 15kg for the last 50 hip thrusts.

7.7/10 for today's effort. Used the 9kg set throughout and only one 12.5kg for the finisher, as well as using my dark blue (tickest) band where required. I'm having a tough time with my grip and I really think it would be worth my while to invest in a single adjustable weight next year to make a workout like this easier. I enjoyed the flow of the exercises and I foudn the abs component incredibly challenging - I was not moving 100% of every interval; I took breaks I needed to. Finisher: (1x12.5kg) 55 - 25 - 15 Proud of this given where I find myself at present, but I am also looking forward to this being easier next time and hopefully being able to move more weight with better control. Thanks a mill, Caroline!

My goodness, this was by far the toughest workout I have ever done. I must have cursed at my poor hip band so many times throughout the workout! :p I feel such a burn on my knees especially, every time I use it, that is usually the biggest challenge in hip thrusts for me. But yes I hated this workout (translation: LOVED this workout) so much, this really pushed me to my limits and almost made me cry LOL especially when I started feeling the intense burn on my knees. Thank you for pushing me so much. I owe everything to you, Queen! Lots of LOVE to you!!

I loved the comment about squeezing the glutes to actually lift when doing hip thrusts. My back was straining during the finisher so I started focusing on that comment and it really helped! Really burned then in the glutes. I love these pearls I’ve gleaned from Caroline over time 💕
