Video was really helpfull...., ഞാനും peanut butter good source of protein ആണ് കരുതി കഴിക്കുവാരുന്നു..... But ee ഇടക്കാണ് ഞൻ അതിന്റെ contents നോക്കിയത്.... അപ്പോൾ calories & fat വളരെ high aanu..... Protein വളരെ കുറവും ആണ്...so അന്നുമുതൽ peanut butter ഞൻ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു 😇

ചേട്ടൻ കോഴി, മുട്ട, ചെമ്മീൻ, പനീർ, പാൽ ഇത്രയും ഐറ്റംസ് തൊടരുത്. പ്രോട്ടീൻ ന് മീൻ കഴിക്കാം, cholestrol ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ബീഫും. Gym നിർത്തിയാൽ ബീഫ് ഉം നിർത്തണം. ആഴ്ച്ച യിൽ 3-4 പ്രാവശ്യം എങ്കിലും ചീര പോലെ ഉള്ള ഇലകൾ കഴിക്കണം. ഉപ്പേരി/ഉലർത് ആയി വിളമ്പുമ്പോൾ പ്ലേറ്റ് ലെ കാൽ ഭാഗം ചോറ് എടുത്തു മാറ്റിയിട്ട് പകരം അത്ര തന്നെ ഇലക്കറി വിളമ്പുക. പെട്ടെന്ന് അത്രയും കൂടുതൽ കഴിച്ചാൽ വയറിളകും അത് കൊണ്ട് 2 ആഴ്ച എടുത്തു കൂട്ടിയാൽ മതി. കറി ആക്കി കഴിക്കാൻ പാടാണെങ്കിൽ കുക്കർ ൽ 1 വിസിൽ അടിച്ചു തണുക്കുമ്പോൾ മിക്സി ൽ ഒന്നു കറക്കി എടുത്തു കുടിച്ചാൽ മതി. ടേസ്റ്റ് ന് നാരങ്ങയും ഉപ്പും അല്പം ചേർക്കാം.

I'm a thin guy. I use peanut butter spread with 2 slices of bread for energy burst before workout and put on more weight. But that's in addition to my regular protein intake.
