I suggest you keep it in the big bowl. Mix it all from the bowl. Then put it in whatever you want to. 😊

I make these at Christmas and throughout the year, but I will try this new recipe! We always called it Muddy Buddies! You may even want to get spoonulas instead of spatulas, since they're rounded, they would get all of the chocolate out! Oh oh I have a tip when you're shaking the powdered sugar! Put the Chex in a bowl that has a lid, and then instead of a baggie, put the powder sugar on top of the mix in the bowl, put the lid on the bowl, and then shake it inside the bowl...then you don't have to transfer to the baggie! I just sing a little song and do a little dance while shaking it hahaha Thanks Dave! Merry Christmas!!

You can use a jar or cup to hold the bag. Fold over the edge.

Mason Jar, put the bag in the jar, then you can fill a bag easier. Or a tin, tupperware one, etc.

we called it puppy chow, kind of a gross name, chex mix branded it as muddy buddies, better name for sure. I don't know that peanut butter cups or peanuts or reese's pieces was ever part of the recipe, but they certainly don't hurt it! Love them all! Lol.

I’m curious if you put 1/3 of the powdered sugar in the bottom of the bag, another 1/3 halfway and 1/3 on top whether the shaking situation would have gone better

What size is the bowl you are using to mix this together in? I am really needing a large bowl but I don't know the right size. Thank you

We called them people puppy chow. I think it grossed my mom out to just say puppy chow😅🤣😂 Good job! Needed a bigger bag. Too clumpy in that quart sized one! But it was funny with boulders 😅

Young man, you are supposed to use a paper bag. Add a cup of powder sugar, shake the PAPER BAG to coat. Add the cereal mixture and more powder sugar and shake again. Add more powder sugar as needed and continue to shake the PAPER BAG until the desired consistency is what you want 💕🙏🙏

If you’re going to prepare such a large amount of mix I would have used a jumbo sized bag. Otherwise…looks delish!
