Peanut Butter Ramen 🥜🍜 (TikTok's viral instant ramen HACK)

Would you add peanut butter to your instant ramen?
Broth:
- 1 pack of spicy instant ramen (I used shin ramen)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Additional Toppings:
- 3 baby bok choy
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1/2 soft boiled egg
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chilli oil

That is definitely a nice tantan-hack, especially if you don't have access to sesame base chimajan or tahini. Peanut butter, you can definitely find everywhere. To take it to the next level, make the eggs a bit beforehand and marinate them in soy sauce or a proper marinade (lots of recipes out there). I can also recommend either making your own chili oil / chili crisp or adding something like Lao Gan Ma. But ofc regular rayu is also fine and gives that nice extra kick. Great video!

The other day I did this with another noodle pack and normal cow milk because I didn’t have the soy one at home. Today I got a pack and decided to try and do this again but exactly as you do it… my soy milk is sweetened, I’ll try doing half soy half milk. Or maybe adding salt???? Idk :’v
