Reminds me of Chris Cornell singing Nothing Compares To You. This performance was amazing. The last line in the song is absolutely perfect.

My beautiful husband died of a sudden heart attack. I know exactly what you're going through. It sure makes every moment we spent together even more precious. He didn't like when I said time is precious and we need to enjoy every moment. I hope he understands what I meant. Bless your heart.

Lost my Mom 11 years ago today...this song always evokes all the feelings I had on that last day with her. We opened our hearts up to each other during the last few days of her life, put it all on the table. She gave so much and would never take anything in return. She has stayed with me and always will be in my heart.

Great concept to not do a million takes til your vocalist sounds nothing like himself. Eddie may never be a tenor, but he's still a great singer with a sincere touching voice.
@MarsCandyBar8 жыл бұрын
I don't his goal has ever been a tenor though.. Considering his voice has a much larger range than most tenors, let alone most people.

I'm not a huge Pearl Jam fan, but I must say that EV is one of the greatest song writers of my generation, and of all time. The man also pulls off a really good finger picking job. They are the only band of the Seattle scene that is really still going relatively unchanged over the years. They will continue to stand the test of time...

I have followed Pearl Jam back from their first release. Back when Mtv played videos and when we had to buy cd's. Since the 20 plus years has passed ,they still our my band in hand. Love how they end most of their live shows with Yellow Ledbetter. Seen PJ twice, in AZ. for the Binarual tour, and in Oakland,Ca when the opened for the Rolling Stones. Amazing!
