Gonna have to agree with Gia here... what this video is intended to communicate is unclear. I LOVE this style of dress and would gladly pay for the tutorial, but after watching the video twice, I had no idea where to go to find said tutorial or why this clip was so short. Ineffective communication = poor advertising
