Okay thanks brother for suggestion I am having pain in my left shoulder for the last 7 days and whenever I am hitting bench pain comes back to me . I think I must rest for more time period to get it recovered fully.

HARSHIT CHAUDHARY free weights are alws better then machines brother they teach your body to balance, they teach your body how react with heavy objects in day to day life, we use free weights alws in compound or structural movements which gives us more muscle brekdown and more hyperthropy.

When i do this exercise, my biceps get engaged more than the chest and so the biceps fatigues earlier which then results in the less no of reps than i originally intended. WHAT am i doing wrong? chest feeling never occurs
