Can i do this with TOs and pec minor syndrome. I am so tight and in burning pain all through chest snd behind right breast shoulder and upper back. I am desperately trying to avoid surgery for FFRs ans scalene removal and pec minor release as surgery seems to not have besy long term results snd risks seem bit of a gamble

I dont get it. Pec minor on the title but most of these are back muscles.

Me neither. I'm trying to figure this out. Although the pec minor's functions are to depress the scapula and also to protract it. But I don't think you can honestly isolate it.

Why would anyone want to strengthen and hypertrophy the pec minor muscle? It's often overactive just with normal daily activities (and gravity). Stretching pec min and balancing out the muscle pulleys on your shoulder and scapula is super important for better posture and prevention of possible complications of a tight pectoralis minor muscle (as he explained in the beginning of this video). This muscle also functions in a small way to elevate ribs 3-5 during inhalation. Engaging the core and diaphragm is also therefore important in releasing this muscle.

Clearly you don't understand how the human body works. Just about every muscle has an opposite muscle that balances out the other.

@@Monica_29 Because there are people with problems in those muscles such as atrophy and others, the question that makes x100000 more sense than your BS question is what are you doing on this video,if you are going to act so ignorant

similar way you train hamstrings when you have knee tendonitis
