Pectineo-femoral pinch syndrome: A common cause of leg, groin, testicular/labial neuralgias

A loved one has an issue with this bilaterally and has severe issues walking and with groin/tesicle pain for over a year now. The doctors believed his inguinal hernia caused his issue and he had repair surgery for it. It didn't improve anything, and I believe they addressed the wrong thing. He did have surgery on both of his hips years ago and is pretty young still (late 20s). Could past hip surgery lead to this? They still haven't been able to figure it out and he's so frustrated =/

Could this problem be exacerbated by pulling the hip back and down? Anatomically, the way the nerves exit the inguinal canal looks very similar to how the brachial plexus exits the costoclavicular space. This to me almost looks like the TOS equivalent but for the hips

This is exactly my other issue at moment in conjunction with upper issues from diagnosed tos and i was even wondering if was endometriosis as radiates so deep that it goes to lower back. Mri scans fine, MS brain scan done 3 yrs ago was fine and was diagnosed with functional gut disorder and oddi dysfunction and slow gastric emptying. But that woukdnt cause this impringed feeling and atrophy down right leg and tight pain down inside of leg. Its ao tight all way downward effect my foot is very tight and causes foot and toes to cramp up .

Would the symptoms of PFPS increase after breaststroke swimming ( with the frogkick )

I am 19 year old male.My head becomes heavy while upright. And clicking sound from neck while moving backwards.No other issue! Can it be cci?
